3. Disclaimer of Professional Grading
IMPORTANT: CoinSensei provides AI-generated estimates only. Our grading assessments are NOT official certifications and should not be considered equivalent to professional grading services such as PCGS or NGC.
Our AI analysis is intended for personal collection management, educational purposes, and preliminary assessment only. For official authentication, certification, or coins intended for sale, we recommend using professional third-party grading services.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
5. Pricing and Payment
Free Tier: Limited to 10 coin gradings with basic features.
Pro Tier: One-time purchase of $4.99 (or promotional pricing) for unlimited grading and premium features. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
All purchases are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro upgrades. If you are not satisfied with the Pro features, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CoinSensei and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of all coin photographs and collection data you upload to the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINSENSEI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VALUE OF COINS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our AI grading estimates or pricing data. Always conduct your own research and consult professionals for significant transactions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
